at Out Post Farm
Out Post Farm has been providing the residents of Holliston and surrounding towns with fresh turkeys, delicious lunches and dinners, homemade baked goods in a friendly environment for over 60 years.
In the 1950s the farm was established by Charlie Nickerson as an egg farm. Over the years Charlie transitioned the farm to provide fresh turkey poultry as purchased more land in Holliston to grow fresh produce.
In 1996 longtime employee and Texas native Adrian Collins purchased the farm. Adrian brings and extensive farming background as well as a degree from Umass Amherst as well as the Stockbridge School of Agriculture. In 2009 Holliston native Kevin Drake became a partner with Adrian.
Adrian and Kevin’s mission is to provide the freshest poultry and produce to our customers while striving to use best farming and environmental practices. We are committed to be great stewards of the land and our community.
